The NCLEX Success Coach is a key member of the nursing academic support team, responsible for the effective integration and application of ATI resources to promote student readiness for the NCLEX-RN examination. This position supports student achievement through structured academic interventions, data-informed remediation planning, and targeted skill development. Working collaboratively with nursing faculty and program leadership, the NCLEX Success Coach utilizes ATI analytics and internal performance indicators to identify at-risk students, guide remediation efforts, and strengthen overall cohort preparedness. This role contributes to a culture of continuous improvement focused on licensure readiness and academic excellence.
