EMEA Regional Control Management- Associate

Job description

Help shape how we manage governance and controls across Europe. In this role, you will keep key control committees running smoothly, with clear materials, accurate minutes, and timely follow-through. You will partner with stakeholders across lines of business and functions, gaining broad regional exposure. As a Control Management Associate within the EMEA Regional Controls team you will get the exposure to all lines of businesses and functions that operate in the region. You will have key governance secretariat responsibilities for various formal control governance committees within EMEA, run by our EMEA Location Control Managers (LCMs). The secretariat team provide support to the LCMs to ensure the governance framework operates in a timely manner with continuous review of the framework for effectiveness. You will be responsible for identification, design, delivery and project management of process improvement and control related initiatives.
