The Role: To assist Sr Manager, NC Facility Operations with facility maintenance and repair projects including carpentry, minor electrical, minor plumbing and installing or repairing locks. - Perform basic carpentry repairs including doors, cabinets, frameworks, and fixtures. - Conduct light electrical maintenance including replacing ballasts, outlets, switches, and lighting fixtures. - Perform basic plumbing repairs such as fixing minor leaks, clearing clogs, and replacing fixtures. - Complete HVAC preventative maintenance tasks including filter changes and basic inspections. - Pe...
