Overview & Highlights: - Title: Nurse Practitioner - Location: Mesa, Arizona - Schedule: Full-time, 4 days per week (Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday, 7:00 AM-5:00 PM) - Compensation: $130,000-$180,000 annually (Base salary starts at $130,000, with average bonus earnings of $40,000-$50,000 per year) - Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision coverage; 3 weeks PTO/sick time with 1 additional week added each year up to 6 weeks total; CME support; UpToDate subscription; discounted and free clinic services Location & Logistics: About the Opportunity / A Day in the Life This is an opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner who wants to practice thoughtful, relationship-driven outpatient medicine in a clinic that values both clinical quality and team culture. You will care for an adult patient population in a supportive wellness setting that blends strong primary care fundamentals with an openness to both traditional and holistic approaches.
