Assistant Branch Manager

Job description

- Assist the Branch Manager in the daily operation of staff - Prepare work schedule, assist with the bank balancing, staff meeting, customer care and concerns - Assist in the delivery of quality customer service through personal contact with customers and prospects, and adherence to approved quality standards - Evaluate new and existing customer relationships and recommend bank products and services to support their financial success - Accountable for the achievement of monthly new account production as assigned by upper management - Work closely with the Branch Manager to motivate staff in achieving retail and new account production - Participate in an active sales environment that may require in-store aisle prospecting - Attend business development calls, or other sales opportunities, with a member of management - Manage branch operations and staff, in the absence of a manager - Conduct training for new hires - Provide bank services to a diverse customer base, including a large Spanish speaking population - Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality - Complete other tasks as assigned by manager as needed to include, but not limited to, opening/closing branch Physical Requ...
