Luster National is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Risk Cost Analyst to support the financial and risk management efforts behind this historic initiative. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of engineering, finance, and project controls, ensuring that cost and risk strategies align with the scale and complexity of a world-class high-speed rail system. This is a long-term, full-time, on-site position located in Sacramento, CA.
