We are seeking an experienced Senior Field Engineer - Modular Solutions who will support the coordination and execution of moderately complex field engineering activities to ensure technical solutions align with project goals and quality standards. They will facilitate collaboration across multidisciplinary teams to resolve technical challenges and optimize construction processes. The Senior Field Engineer will enhance project outcomes by applying comprehensive engineering knowledge and proactively identifying opportunities for innovation and efficiency. They will ensure continuous improvement by evaluating field practices and recommending enhancements to drive operational excellence. Finally, they will positively influence field engineering leading practices by collaborating across project teams and providing guidance to peers and less experienced team members.
