We’re looking for an experienced People Business Partner to join our Amstelveen office in a standalone role, reporting to the Managing Director of People in the UK. As a key member of the Netherlands team, you’ll play a pivotal role at the centre of a fast‑moving, ambitious organisation, shaping the employee experience, influencing culture, and driving meaningful impact across the business. The role includes regular travel to Mall of the Netherlands (MoN). You’ll be part of a People Team of nine colleagues across the UK, Sweden, the Netherlands, and our assets, working together to create an exceptional workplace experience.
