About the Role This is a fantastic opportunity to join our high-performing team in Richlands, where you’ll play a key role in maintaining and improving our production equipment. You’ll be working alongside experienced shift fitters and contributing to the smooth operation of our facility. Your responsibilities will include: - Performing preventative and breakdown maintenance, supporting shift fitters as needed - Interpreting technical drawings and parts with confidence - Working within scheduled downtime windows—including occasional weekend work - Applying excellent problem-solving skills both independently and collaboratively - Developing SOPs and engineering training modules - Managing work orders, spare parts, and inventory control systems - Coordinating with contractors and suppliers for specialised maintenance tasks - Leading continuous improvement initiatives across maintenance and production About You: We’re looking for a mechanically minded professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about keeping things running at their best.
