The Bartender is responsible for positive guest interactions, as well as the ability to mix and serve beverages to guests in a high-paced environment. At all times, bartenders are expected to pay close attention to our guests needs and make them feel welcome, relaxed and comfortable. Must obtain a Tips Certification. Essential Functions: Performs other tasks as assigned. - Greet guests, take beverage orders directly from guests. - Checks identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol. - Mixes drinks, cocktails, and other bar beverages as ordered. - Ensures that the assigned bar is neatly kept and fully equipped with tools and products needed for mixing beverages and serving guests. - Maintains a clean and sanitary environment. - Restocks and replenishes bar inventory and supplies. - Complies with all food and beverage regulations. - Processes guests’ bills, handle money and transactions in a cash register. - Enforces rules and regulations to limit problems and liability. - Develops an efficient work pace that keeps the guests at the bar and dining room satisfied at all times. - Keeps bottles organized, and wash glasses as needed. - Understands the lo...
