Location Tullamore, County Offaly: Company: Sofina Foods Hours of Work: Full-time The Ideal Candidate: - Proven HR leadership experience in a fast-paced FMCG, manufacturing, or industrial environment. - Multi-site experience is essential, with the ability to manage priorities across four distinct locations. - Commercially aware, with the ability to align people plans to business performance. - Strong experience managing trade union relationships and handling complex ER cases. - A proactive, hands-on leader who balances vision with practical delivery. - Deep understanding of GB/NI employment law and HR best practices. - CIPD level 5 or above (or equivalent) is beneficial but not essential.
