Production Supervisor (Day Shift)

Job description

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Supervise shift while planning, producing, or shipping fiberglass products as scheduled - Attain production or shipping goals as specified by Plant Manager - Motivate employees to give maximum efforts in professional manner - Ensure that all safety procedures are being followed - Maintain weekly employee attendance records - Maintain accurate production, inventory or shipping data - Hold departmental meetings as needed to discuss updates and/or changes in company policies, procedures, goals, etc. - Wear appropriate PPE - Comply with all NOV Company policies, guidelines and procedures - Comply with all HSE policies, guidelines and procedures - Comply with all Quality policies, guidelines and procedures - Other duties as assigned EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS: - High school diploma or equivalent - Experience in all aspects of the manufacturing process - Forklift license JOB REQUIREMENTS: - Ability to work overtime and shift work as required - Standing up to 12 hours daily - Walking up to 12 hours daily - Bending/Stooping up to 12 hours daily - Repetitive Movement (shoveling/sweeping/fastening) up to 12 hours daily - Lifting weights p to 50...
