JOB DESCRIPTION: To assist the Dean of the Student Development Office in the overall supervision of all undergraduate students with specific responsibility to the residence hall to which they are assigned. There is one position available on our team: (1) Women's Dorm (1) Men's Dorm - FULL TIME RESPONSIBLITIES: - Conduct daily office hours - Administer accountability/disciplinary procedures - Handle and respond to emergencies (fire, life-threatening situations, injuries, weather emergencies) - Conduct weekly meetings with RAs (informational) - Staff meeting with the Dean of Student Development and staff - Complete all necessary paperwork as it relates to residence hall - Complete weekly reports - Nightly duty - cover campus/attend SA/Campus events/lock-up/emergencies - Weekend duty - cover entire campus - Cafeteria duty - monitor entrance,...
