Join Us As a Director of Education! The Director of Education is responsible for the strategic planning, implementation, and evaluation of educational and training programs across the behavioral health hospital. This position ensures that all staff are trained in accordance with clinical best practices, regulatory requirements, hospital policies, and patient care standards. The Director of Education works closely with leadership, clinical teams, and regulatory bodies to maintain excellence in staff development and to promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. As a Director of Education: Develop and manage the hospital’s annual education plan, aligning with organizational goals and regulatory standards. Coordinate and provide onboarding and orientation programs for all new hires. Design, implement, and evaluate ongoing training programs for clinical and non-clinical staff, including crisis intervention, trauma-informed care, de-escalation techniques, and compliance training (e.g., HIPAA, OSHA, Joint Commission standards).
