Flex-N-Gate is a leading manufacturer and supplier of components for the automotive industry, recently ranked 10th of the 150 Top North American Suppliers in “Automotive News.” A growing and vital company, Flex-N-Gate provides a great opportunity for hard-working and skilled individuals. POSITION DESCRIPTION: Assembles and/or packs completed parts for shipment to the customer. RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. 2. Inspects parts for any obvious defects. Mark defective parts with the appropriate marks. 3. Perform any required assembly (e.g. mounting brackets, clips, foam tape, etc). 4. Performs repetitive production operations within the work cell. 5. Pack parts for shipment according to the instructions and specifications for the part. 6. Accurately labels parts and or racks per the work instructions. 7. Performs general housekeeping duties as required in work areas. 8. Operates the equipment in assigned work cell as instructed. 9. Performs general housekeeping duties as required in work areas. 10.
