This role partners closely with operational, nursing, advanced practice provider, physician, and cross-functional leaders to drive consistency and outcomes in clinical operations including driving clinical practice and team performance, implementing care delivery processes, and serving as the operational link to teams building the tools and workflows that enable excellent patient care at scale. This leader serves as the senior clinical owner for team-level performance, helping translate organizational strategy into frontline execution. The role combines clinical leadership, people leadership, matrixed team influence, and continuous improvement to advance outcomes for patients with kidney disease and related comorbidities.
