Role overview: This strategic role is part of the North Supply Chain People Team within MDLZ’s North America region, partnering with the SVP of U.S. Customer Service & Logistics (CS&L), to lead the People agenda across organization, talent, capabilities, culture, and labor relations. The U.S. CS&L organization is comprised of 4 functions: Planning (Demand, Supply, IBP, S&OE); Logistics & Direct Store Delivery (including a frontline hourly population across multiple distribution sites); Order to Cash; and CS&L PMO & Governance. The remit of this role includes hourly frontline employees, including a unionized population. This role will lead through a significant transformation agenda across the business and culture.
