Job Description Summary: To ensure that the hotel guest rooms and building is properly maintained in proper working conditions. Assists Director of Engineering by leading the team and managing processes to meet Sonesta standards. Performs general repair and maintenance such as painting, plumbing and electrical systems. Checks electrical systems such as A/C controls, television sets, lighting systems, and makes minor repairs and replacements.
