The Corporate Paralegal position will provide organizational and practice specific assistance to Senior Paralegal, Paralegal Director and Associate General Counsel. . Assist Junior Paralegal with directions as needed. Demonstrates professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple priorities and work in an organized and efficient manner. Duties & Responsibilities include but not limited to preparing correspondence, notebooks, drafting documents, forming entities, prepare UCC filings, confidentiality agreements, service agreements; corporate governance, and maintaining case files. Position will be full time; physical presence at corporate office is required. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties and tasks may be assigned. - Assists legal department in multiple facets of corporate law. - Updates company files, prepares legal contracts, reviews documents, and assists with legal research. - Maintains and files corporate records, including resolutions, board of director changes and annual reports. - Produces documents related to the development and implementation of corporate legal policies and templates. - Oversees the contract proc...
