Responsibilities: - Greets and interacts with guests in a friendly, professional and attentive manner. - Supervises assigned table games and dealers on shift. - Responsible for dealer procedures, errors and fills during assigned shift. - Responsible for tracking players and game protection. - Corrects errors made by dealers on gaming tables. - Coaches and counsels’ team when needed. - Resolves guest complaints/disputes. - Evaluates job performances of dealers. - Maintains a current and working knowledge of each Table Game in order to ensure quality guest service. - Ensures all promotions are implemented in accordance with gaming regulations and procedures. - Cor...
