In addition to supporting the community as a Level III Trauma Center, the ED has taken proactive steps to provide safe care to our psychiatric population through the implementation of a 6-bed secured intradepartmental unit. About the Job: As a member of the Patient Care Services team, the Inpatient Psych Registered Nurse cares for patients ranging from all ages with acute and chronic psychiatric disorders. The Psych RN specializes in assessing, intervening and stabilizing patients in situations that require critical clinical decision-making skills.
