Job description

We are seeking a hands-on leader to own end-to-end system and process readiness for the Logistics Dispatch and Transportation execution layer. This role is accountable for building scalable SOPs, driving training and operational readiness, and ensuring dispatch, handoff, and transportation system capabilities are successfully deployed and adopted across Middle Mile, Last Mile, and carrier partners. This role operates at the intersection of Middle Mile, Last Mile Operations, Transportation, Sorting Centers, Product, Engineering, and 3P Carriers, translating complex transportation and dispatch system capabilities into simple, executable processes, clear documentation, and effective training programs that enable consistent, high-quality execution at scale. The ideal candidate is an execution-focused leader who can take ownership, simplify ambiguity, and deliver practical solutions that work in live transportation environments.
