Molina Healthcare is hiring a Sr Specialist, Growth & Community Engagement. This role will cover the New York City, five Boroughs and surrounding counties of Nassau, Suffolk, Westchester. Candidates for the role must live within these areas and be able to travel within them. This role will function as an account manager, focusing on visiting home health agencies, coordinating meetings, and managing referrals. As an Account Manager/Liaison this role may also help troubleshoot issues between agencies and internal departments. Responsible for achieving established goals improving Molina’s referral growth objectives, with primary responsibility for Medicaid/Medicare. Works collaboratively with key departments across the enterprise to improve overall choice rates and assignment percentages. KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES: - Under limited supervision, responsible for carrying out referral events and achieving assigned referral growth targets through a combination of direct and indirect marketing activities, with the primary responsibility of improving the plan's overall “choice” rate.
