We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced 2nd Shift Custodial Supervisor to join our team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision and Leadership: - Lead, motivate, and support a team of janitorial staff on the second shift. - Manage scheduling, task assignments, and team performance to ensure efficient operations. - Provide training on janitorial processes, cleanliness standards, and safety procedures. - Foster a positive team environment, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. - Cover absences as needed, ensuring no disruption in operations. 2.
