YOUR ROLE: We are looking for motivated recent graduates to join our IT Production Team through our Trainee Academy starting in May. In this role you will: - Gain valuable experience working in a dynamic business environment, guided by experienced professionals who will support your growth every step of the way; - Receive and resolve tickets, communicate status and workarounds to users, contribute to knowledge articles and post‑incident reviews; - Perform monitoring and observability using Dynatrace, New Relic or Prometheus; - Participate in continuous training sessions.
