Pay: $38.46 per hour Join our team of dedicated mental health professionals at the Texas Civil Commitment Center (TCCC) in Littlefield, Texas. As a PRN Licensed Sex Offender Treatment Provider (LSOTP), you'll provide support to our team and find an opportunity to help those in our care. Work schedule: On-call as needed: Benefit package includes: Job responsibilities: A sex offender treatment provider is responsible for providing individual and group counseling specific to the Sex Offender Treatment Program (SOTP) in compliance with Management & Training Corporation (MTC) and Texas Civil Commitment Office (TCCO) directives. - 401(k) Retirement Plan Essential functions: - Maintain core beliefs that people can change and have an inherent drive towards positive growth. - Understand and employ the Good Lives Model (GLM) and Risk-Needs-Responsivity Model (RNR) as underlying theoretical basis for sex offender treatment.
