ON-CALL SENIOR RESEARCH ANALYST - Workforce Innovations, Preparedness, and Poverty Solutions Team ICF is seeking an on-call Senior Research Analyst to join our growing Workforce Innovations, Preparedness, and Poverty Solutions (WIPPS) team. In this role, you will support research, evaluation, and training and technical assistance projects that promote positive outcomes for vulnerable individuals and families. WIPPS conducts applied research and evaluation, evidence reviews, and technical assistance on critical workforce and economic mobility issues, including employment and training programs, poverty reduction strategies, family support systems, and interventions serving low-income and underserved populations. Our team works in a professional, collaborative environment that values rigorous analysis, clear communication, and meaningful impact.
