Weekend Shift Supervisor Wage: $22.00/ hour: Prior Experience: - Prior law enforcement, military, or government experience (e.g., DHS, CBP) preferred - Minimum of 2–3 years of security experience in a high-risk or highly regulated environment - Associate’s degree or higher in Criminal Justice or a related field preferred Operational Skills: - Demonstrated experience with access control systems, incident management, and customer service in an airport or similarly regulated environment - Experience working with access control platforms - Experience operating and/or monitoring surveillance and screening systems - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Ability to think critically and effectively de-escalate and resolve conflicts - Physical ability to respond to emergencies and complete required patrols Screening & Certification Requirements: - Must successfully pass a 7-year background check - Must meet background requirements for the Ohio Guard Card License - Must pass a lab-based drug screening - Ability to obtain and maintain CPR/AED/First Aid certification ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Education/Experience: High School Diploma or G.E.D. and 2 years of related experience, or an an...
