We are looking to have a full-time bilingual (French/English) Senior Real Estate Transaction Manager join our team! Please note that this position requires an active Quebec Real Estate license and the position. SUMMARY: The Senior Transaction Manager is responsible for developing and executing real estate acquisition, renewal and disposition strategies for assigned portfolio of properties in accordance to the terms and conditions of the client master service agreement. The Senior Transaction Manager role is responsible for leading, directing and motivating team members assigned to the managed portfolio. At this position level: - Portfolios are typically medium to high complexity and volume KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: People Leadership: Demonstrates strong, competent leadership for team members to guide them in reaching their full potential and meeting their objectives, which supports achievement of our corporate goals.
