About this Role The Senior Systems Testing Engineer will lead system-level testing and validation of embedded software and controls on HVAC equipment, ensuring robust performance in real-world operating conditions. This role focuses on equipment-level and controls testing , requiring strong systems understanding to validate requirements, define effective test strategies, and provide clear readiness status across program milestones. The engineer will act as a key bridge between software, controls, and systems teams to ensure high-quality product delivery.
