In this role you will oversee shop operations and lead a talented team of technicians, ensuring every vehicle leaves our facility in quality condition. This is not a role where you are just managing a shop. You are the conduit between technical precision and award-winning customer service. Key Responsibilities include: - Operational Leadership - Oversee the daily workflow ensuring maximum throughput and quality control. - Team Management - Recruit, mentor and develop the skills of existing and new team members. - Financial Oversight - Manage the shop P&L and budget while optimising labour and material costs. - Customer Experience - Maintain an already high CSI (Customer Service Index) by providing transparent communication to our customers. - Safety and Compliance - Ensure the site and team members meet all HS&E requirements.
