Overview: A full-time Occupational Therapist (OT / OTR) position is available in our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department in Hartland, ME. New grads are encouraged to apply. Sanfield Rehab and Living center is a small 35 bed facility located in Hartland, Maine. It has both a skilled nursing unit as well as a residential care/ assisted living unit which provides a dynamic opportunity to utilize your skills across both populations.
