The Site Civil Project Manager provides technical and people leadership for civil engineering projects through planning, evaluation, design, and implementation. This role leads study‑phase and/or design‑phase efforts across civil, environmental, construction, and industrial projects, while supporting the continued growth of Kleingers’ Indianapolis office.
