Operations Supervisor

Job description

As Operations Supervisor, you will directly support operations of the Rondo Heat Battery fleet ensuring safety and performance expectations are met. You will develop a strong understanding of the core technology and its operating philosophy to serve as a key technical reference for both host site operators and other Rondo teams. This position requires a hands-on approach to problem-solving, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams, including those in different time zones. As the Rondo fleet spans across several continents, candidates must have f lexibility to work across multiple time zones and travel internationally as required.
