JOB SUMMARY: The Business Systems Coach partners with assigned plants to drive implementation and sustainment of the Daily Management System and kaizen roadmap in alignment with the Business Systems Office (BSO) strategy. This role serves as a hands-on coach and liaison between plant leadership and the Business Systems Office, ensuring disciplined execution of the turnkey management system while building plant capability in continuous improvement. The Business Systems Coach supports and develops plant leaders but does not replace their ownership or accountability.
