What’s the role about? As our Assistant Product Developer, you’ll support the Product Development team in driving innovative and commercially successful product across the Reiss collection. Working closely with Design, Buying, Technical and Merchandising teams, you’ll help manage sourcing, supplier relationships and product development from initial concept through to final production. This role plays a key part in ensuring products are developed in line with the Reiss DNA, delivered on time through the critical path and aligned to margin and sustainability targets. Who you are: - Previous experience in a Product Development, Production or Buying support role within a fashion retail environment. - Strong understanding of the product development process and critical path management. - Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. - A confident communicator with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and cross-functional teams. - Commercially aware, with an interest in fabrics, yarns, garment construction and sourcing. - Proactive and solutions-focused, with a genuine interest in sustainability and product innovati...
