You’ll sit at the intersection of analytics, customer engagement, and strategy in order to partner with teams and clients to turn data into decisions and measurable outcomes. What your responsibilities will look like: - Partner with Business Value Advisors to deliver Business Value Realizations (BVRs), combining Snowflake data (SQL) with external analytics (e.g., Google Analytics 4) to build compelling, metrics-driven narratives. - Guide customers, internal teams, and partners on data strategy, including event tracking, instrumentation, and governance to ensure accurate value measurement. - Build and maintain performance dashboards (primarily in Snowflake and Sigma) to provide real-time visibility into outcomes, adoption, and return on investment. - Improve Coveo’s value data ecosystem by identifying gaps, enhancing data models, and increasing signal quality and scalability. - Develop reusable frameworks, benchm...
