Working Hours The postholder is required to work such hours as are necessary in order to satisfactorily perform the role. This role will be required to work shifts as required by the Company. Main Purpose of Job: As a Production Operative, you may be required to work across multiple departments including (but not limited to); Hot Works, Cold Works, Billet Cutting, Inspection, Lathes, Centreless Grinding, Packing and Despatch. There will be additional specific duties associated with each of these roles in addition to the main tasks described below: Key Tasks and Accountabilities The below is meant to describe the main tasks and is not necessarily an exhaustive list of duties.
