Job Description The office of Harb Gill, Member of Parliament for Windsor West, is seeking a full-time Office Manager. The Office Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the office and provides administrative and executive-level support to the Member. This key role ensures the smooth functioning of internal operations, human resources, and financial management while supporting the parliamentary and constituency priorities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a fast‑paced environment. This role requires long, demanding, and unpredictable hours, including evenings and weekends. Travel between Ottawa and Windsor is required.
