You may be our new Quality Coordinator SUMMARY OF ROLE: COMPENSATION: $70k-$80k: The Quality Coordinator ensures that products manufactured meet internal quality standards, customer requirements, and regulatory compliance. This role involves monitoring production processes, inspecting products, analyzing defects, leading corrective actions, and working with cross-functional teams to drive continuous quality improvement on the manufacturing floor. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: As an at-will employer, SIG reserves the right to add to or modify this list to the extent it deems necessary. - Ensure that the required Standard Operating Conditions (SOC) / process parameters linked to the product/equipment compliance is actively monitored and managed. - Support the use of the Quality skill matrix at the operational level, ensuring adequate training regarding critical quality procedures. - Support changes of global valid manufacturing and process specifications in the production process. - Ensure the avoidance / reduction of the occurrence of potential failures through the systematic and comprehensible application and use of the Process FMEA and Quality Control Plan. - Manage and control internal c...
