Reporting to the National Customer Relations Leader, this role is ideal for someone who thrives on high performance, executing excellence, collaboration and delivering outcomes that set the industry standard. What You’ll Do: - Lead all WHS programs, acting as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams - Build strong, long-term relationships with customers and identify opportunities to enhance their wellbeing programs - Confidently communicate and pitch WHS initiatives that align with customer needs and business goals - Deliver high quality, compliant WHS interventions and support return to work program service delivery - Respond to customer enquiries within 24 hours and provide service quotes within 2–3 business days - Track and report on WHS revenue, opportunities, and program outcome...
