In this role, you'll: Work within the People, Communication and Workplaces Division, as part of the Transport Shared Services Branch. You’ll be the strategic anchor for engagement and enablement — guiding a five‑year engagement plan and driving cultural change in how we manage records and information across Transport. Leading a team (11), you’ll lead four teams that deliver outreach, communication, capability uplift and solutions for complex service requests. You’ll influence senior stakeholders, shape consistent best practice, and create clear pathways that help thousands of employees understand what good information management looks like — and why it matters.
