As the Delivery Manager , you will lead the design, planning and delivery of the digital roadmap for the Qantas Business Rewards online booking tool and Business Account. You will be responsible for identifying, scoping and implementing product enhancements, while assessing customer journey, infrastructure and resourcing impacts. You will manage delivery risks, escalate impediments where required, and work closely with cross-functional technology teams and vendors to ensure dependencies are clearly mapped, sequenced and delivered on time.
