Work Flexibility: Hybrid Job description: The Process Mining Lead is a senior, hands-on expert responsible for driving process transparency , optimization , and continuous improvement initiatives using leading Process Mining platforms such as Celonis , SAP Signavio , and UiPath Process Mining. This role requires deep expertise in process analysis , data- driven insights, and process transformation within Finance and shared services environments . The Process Mining Lead acts as a recognized subject matter expert and strategic partner, leveraging advanced analytics and event log data to uncover inefficiencies , quantify value opportunities , and support fact-based decision-making. The role focuses on translating business questions into process mining use cases , enabling end-to-end process visibility , and guiding stakeholders from insight to action through targeted improvement initiatives , automation opportunities , and performance monitoring.
