Licensed Practical Nurse - Providence Home Health Schedule: Full Time, Day Shift (8am to 5pm) Area Coverage: Salem, Keizer, Gervais, and Turner, other as assigned Job description: Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) work alongside an interdisciplinary team to provide whole-person quality care to patients in need.
