Pepper Construction provides clients the experience and resources of a national company, combined with the hands-on approach of a local company. RESPONSIBILITIES: As a Laborer you may perform any combination of tasks to assist on the construction site. This position performs a wide variety of duties and tasks that often require them to assist other trades people including carpenters. - Loading, unloading, and moving materials from within or near the construction site from pallets, skids, trucks, or other locations. - Move materials to or from storage or work sites - Driving equipment as needed - Selective demolition, concrete placement or flagging - Proficient in stacking and assembling materials into bundles - Making simple repairs and adjustments to machinery or trucks - Work independently and with little direction - Have initiative to find work activities when waiting for next task directive - Assist Carpenter’s general partition layout, framing, sheet rock installation and other rough and finish...
