Description The successful candidate is expected to teach course work in the graduate investigations programs at the University of New Haven. Most of these courses are consistent with the faculty member’s area of expertise, that of major crime investigations and other general courses such as Criminal Law and Procedure, Fraud Investigations, and Survey of Forensics. In addition, this candidate must be competent in advising and mentoring students at the graduate level, assist the program director with scheduling courses and instructors. The successful candidate should also display innovative approaches to teaching, course development and content, and assist in recruiting students (includes University paid travel to conferences and other events). Professional development is a key element to this position as well. Qualifications: Minimum requirement is a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice or some closely related discipline. Practical experience and courtroom testimony are required.
