As an Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of a diverse portfolio of B2B customers and help them succeed in the fast-paced world of e-commerce. Your mission is to unlock growth for your customers . Every negotiation, every upsell, every renewal strengthens partnerships and drives success – for your customers and for us. The job is a fixed-term parental leave replacement until at least November 2027 . What You'll Do: Ownership & Strategic Account Development : Manage a portfolio of small to mid-sized online shops and identify opportunities for growth. Value Creation : Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer performance and implement tailored expansion strategies. Building Strong Partnerships : Develop accounts strategically and commercially, prepare customised recommendations, and nurture long-term, trust-based relationships to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
