Scope of Work: Capio Group is seeking for an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record in implementing ITSM and ITAM practices to lead and support the development and rollout of ITSM processes and an ITAM program. The engagement will include assessing current processes and tool utilization, identifying gaps, and designing and implementing improvements aligned with ITSM principles.
