Job description

The AI Adoption and Enablement Officer acts as facilitator towards an organization’s AI-ready culture, by holding responsibility for fostering AI literacy and by assisting in implementation of the human-centric aspects of the enterprise-wide AI transformation. This role is ensuring the workforce effectively adopts and optimizes AI technologies to drive organizational value. This role will serve as the central promoter across various departments in the company about their Business goals with AI, ensuring smooth communication, aligned ways of working, and a unified approach to mature AI adoption across the organization . Key Responsibilities: AI Community Orchestration: Assists in the application of standardization of "ways of working" across the AI community. Act as the bridge to facilitate cross-team sessions, ensuring all community activities remain aligned with the overarching AI strategy and governance frameworks. Co-creation: Collects, synthesises and organises input from diverse teams to propose transformation workshops.
